“We
are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed,
but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down,
but not destroyed” (2 Corinthians 4:8-9, KJV). If this scriptural
statement describes your circumstance and you are looking for
real answers to your storms, and the challenges of life – then,
I urge you to dare to believe in God through His Son Jesus Christ,
our Lord and Savior. “Because the foolishness of God is wiser
than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men” (Corinthians
1: 25, KJV). God will turn your situation around; I dare you
to believe in Him. He has done great things in my life and I
know He is going to do the same for you. He is mighty in all
His ways. He is greater in battle, and He has the final say in
everything, but you have the will to go God’s way or your way.
He is the only One who can solve all your problems for you. Dare
to believe in God through His Son Jesus Christ, and you will see He is good and His mercies
follow those who believe in Him.
It is not quite easy to believe in something you
do not see with your naked eyes. But it is very easy to see the
effects of His finished works. There are miracles happening in
Churches all over the world. The Spirit of the Lord is moving like
never before. As matter of fact, you and I are privileged to be
in this generation. It is God’s plan for us to see His goodness
in this land we live in. Please make every effort to trust in the
Word of God, invite the Holy Spirit to help you to understand His
Word, and to help you to believe in God, and His promises in the
scriptures concerning you. My friend, it shall surely come to pass,
because I know who my God is; and I love Him for who He is. He
is faithful.
I would like you to ponder over this thought for
a second. Here is the thought: though, we do not see the wind physically,
but we indisputably see the fruits of its works. It is amazing
what happens after a tornado runs through a part of a city (this
is just a food for thought). We do not have to see God bodily to
believe and trust in Him. We have seen His fruits and they are
very good. My brethren, what else do you want to see in order for
you to believe He is God? Don’t look farther than your life, because
you are a miracle – you are a sign and a wonder. You know, God
brought you out from whatever you were going through; to bring
you into His Kingdom where there is grace sufficient for today,
mercy for your existence, salvation-assured for your eternal life,
hope for tomorrow, Healing-Power for your sick body, abundance
of prosperity for your finances, freedom to the captives, and peace
of mind to the stressed-out generation. What else do you need that our God cannot do for
you? If it is broken in your life, our God can fix it. If it does
not exist in your life, our God can create it. If there is no way,
our God can make a way where it seems like there is no way. The
Bible specifically says, “But my God shall supply all your need
according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Philippians
4:19). This quoted Bible verse only applies if you are in the kingdom,
and you are doing the Kingdom’s business. Don’t make a mistake,
your needs will not be supplied by our Father in Heaven if you
are going to use them on self-promotion and self-exaltation.
We have to believe in Him, and then we shall see
His works in our lives. “It is better to trust in the Lord than
to put confidence in man” (Psalm 118:8). I must say without a shadow
of doubt in my mind that “believing is seeing”, this statement
is opposite to what the world thinks – they believe “seeing is
believing.” Let me remind you according to what the Bible says,
“Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou
hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have
believed” (John 20:29). Simply put, don’t think like the unbelievers
in the world; rather have the kingdom mentality, and it will do
you good. It will move you from the place of not enough to the
place of more than enough for all your troubles, so that you can
be a blessing to someone else. In God’s kingdom, it is a blessing
to believe in Him and His Words even when your present situation
appears to be hopeless. God blesses those who can see beyond mere appearances and facts.
There is a world of a difference between fact
and truth. The fact that one has been diagnosed with a disease
can be negated by the truth, which is in the Word of God. The truth
is that by the stripes of Jesus, our bodies are healed of all diseases
and infirmities. Truly, He is the “JEHOVAH-ROPHE”, the Lord who
heals.
