 “Therefore
I do not run like a man running aimlessly; I do not fight like a
man beating the air” (1 Corinthians 9:26). I encourage you to run
with a focus on God and the purpose to live a righteous life. A life
that is pleasing to our Heavenly Father. A life that is full of faith
and good deeds. For the Bible says, “As the body without the spirit
is dead, so faith without deeds is dead” (James 2:26). Mix your faith
with deeds and your results will be eminent in the land of the living.
Be ready as you encounter this journey in this
book for your mind to be stretched to a point where you will know
without a question in your being that you are a true product of
God’s divine idea for an earthly purpose for His glory. The Bible
declares,
When I consider your heavens, the work of your
fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what
is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care
for him? You made him a little lower than the heavenly beings and
crowned him with glory and honor. You made him ruler over the works
of your hands; you put everything under his feet: all flocks and
herds, and the beasts of the field, the birds of the air, and the
fish of the sea, all that swim the paths of the seas. O LORD, our
Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!
(Psalm 8:3-9)
